Therapy for adults of all ages and stages navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the patterns shaping their relationships.

You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to start—just a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin.

Who We Are

At Generations Counseling, we believe our childhood experiences and the way we interact with the world today are deeply connected. The patterns, beliefs, and ways we learned to cope often begin long before we realize it — shaped by our families, experiences, and the generations before us. Understanding where we come from helps us heal where we are and grow into where we want to be.

Our practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. We create a space where you can explore your story without judgment — to understand how the past has influenced your present, and to build new patterns for the future. We understand that healing takes courage, and every conversation is a step toward breaking cycles, fostering resilience, and creating meaningful change.

Who We Help

We work with adults across all stages of life, including those balancing the demands of relationships, family, work, faith, and everything in between.

At Generations Counseling, we offer individual therapy—both in person and virtually—that meets you where you are. We understand that no two people are the same, which is why our approach is flexible and personalized to your unique goals, experiences, and pace.
